Today's featured recipe comes from Group D. Asiya of Chocolate and Chillies made Soutzoukakia {Greek Meatballs in a Tomato Sauce} from her assigned blog, A Day in the Life on a Farm. Asiya talks about making these lovely little meatballs in the oven while the tomato sauce is cooking - that she prefers baking to frying. I totally agree. I think baking meatballs is not only easier and practically foolproof, but they taste more tender and juicy that way!

"This dish turned out really well! We enjoyed it with some long grain
white rice but it would be great with some crusty bread as well."
