Today's featured recipe comes from Group C blogger, Stephanie of Dessert Before Dinner, who made French Dip Sandwiches from her assigned blog, Lynsey Lous.
Stephanie had this to say about her recipe:
"This meal came together so quickly, easily and perfectly. It was a
perfect Monday night dinner that smelled amazing after coming home from a
long day at work. Best of all, this meal served us for multiple nights,
including rice bowls and a great, re-purposed beef ragu with red wine
fettuccine (recipe for that to come later)."

Porcupine Meatballs: Oh! You Cook!
Today's featured recipe comes from Group B blogger, Dena of Oh! You Cook!, who made Porcupine Meatballs from her assigned blog, An Affair From the Heart. I love meatballs, but I love them even more when they have a cute story behind the name. :)
Dena had this to say about her recipe:
"Their cute name comes from the way the rice, used in place of breadcrumbs, manages to peek out a bit, kinda-sorta like porcupine quills."

French Onion Soup Stuffed Mushrooms: Dessert Before Dinner
Today's featured recipe comes from Group C. Stephy of Dessert Before Dinner made French Onion Soup Stuffed Mushrooms from her assigned blog, The Savvy Kitchen. Whilest I, myself, am not the biggest fan of mushrooms, my mom-in-law is and this recipe looks like it's right up her alley! All the flavors of French onion soup in a teeny bite :)
Stephy had this to say about her recipe:
"These were a hit in our house for the flavor, the ease and preparation and the price (normally I make stuffed mushrooms with crab, which tastes wonderful but is a problem for the pocketbook). We didn't even want to bring them to our friend's house after we made them... we wanted to eat all of them in one sitting."
