"There were lots of tasty looking options on the blog, and I actually made the delicious Peach Dutch Baby, too, but decided I would share Summer Spaghetti because we loved it so much.  This is a very flavorful dish, but it's not super saucy.  It isn't spaghetti with marinara sauce, it's more like spaghetti in chopped up tomato heaven."

Power Sunrise Smoothie: Pretty PolyMath

Every time I see a picture of a smoothie, I think about how I don't make smoothies enough. I have a picky fruit eater and one way he will eat fruits is through smoothies. This one looks fabulous and it is vegan-friendly and dairy-free!

Chocolate Coconut Fudgsicles: Pale Yellow

When my mom was pregnant with me, she once ate an entire box of fudgsicles in one sitting. I fully believe this is why I love chocolate and I also have an enormous love for fudgsicles, which is why I use my self control and buy them sparingly. The thought of making homemade ones makes me VERY happy and excited. They are the perfect treat for summer!
