Leslie had this to say about her recipe:
"I ended up choosing Susan's Cauliflower Apple Cheddar Melts,
because I'm still slightly obsessed with cauliflower, and the addition
of apples, pepitas, and dried cranberries seemed just perfect for the
cooler fall weather. And was it ever!"

Most Popular: Cranberry Cake (Tart): The Wimpy Vegetarian
After a great reveal day for Group A, it's time to reveal the "Most
Popular" recipe. This recipe was chosen by YOU the readers. YOU loved it
and now I'm sharing it! Our most viewed recipe was Cranberry Cake (Tart) from Susan of The Wimpy Vegetarian.
Susan had this to say about the recipe...
"This is exactly the kind of cake I love most to make — a simple cake loaded with seasonal fruit. It’s not that I don’t love frosting – it’s just that I see it as a whole separate food group and I love frosting so much, it can overshadow the cake. Cakes like this are all about the cake and the fruit."

Stay tuned for Group B's reveal day coming next Monday, December 14th!

Amazing Apricot Bars: Bewitching Kitchen
Today's featured recipe comes from Group D. Sally of Bewitching Kitchen made Amazing Apricot Bars from her assigned blog, Palatable Pastime. Although no one in the family up until this point likes apricots, I have one little baby man who does and when he's old enough for sweets - I'm gonna have to spoil him with these little bars!
Sally had this to say about her recipe:
"As usual, I brought the whole batch to our department, and by 9:30 am, not a single crumb was left on the platter. So, I advise that if you intend to share it friends, make sure to grab a square for yourself right away… They are seriously addictive."

Today's featured recipe comes from Group D. Nicole of I Am A Honeybee made Cranberry French Toast Casserole from her assigned blog, A Day in the Life on the Farm. This is seriously the most perfect recipe to make for the Christmas/winter season.
Nicole had this to say about her recipe:
"A new edition to our weekend breakfast options is this breakfast casserole. We immediately fell in love with this Cranberry French Toast Casserole. So did our neighbors! Our neighbors’ son and his family were visiting for the weekend so I knocked on their door and offered them this casserole to make their morning a bit easier. They gave it rave reviews when they returned the casserole dish."

Cranberry Clementine Gin: Culinary Adventures with Camilla
Today's featured recipe comes from Group B. Camilla of Culinary Adventures with Camilla made Cranberry Clementine Gin from her assigned blog, Rachel Cotterill. I love seeing Camilla's recipes - she is definitely adventurous in the kitchen and this reveal day was no different than any other day. While I've never had gin, cranberry and clementine sounds like a delicious combination!
Camilla had this to say about her recipe:
"I have always enjoyed the evergreen-y notes of a good gin. And when I saw Rachel's Cranberry Gin, it just screamed 'holidays' to me. Think cranberry garlands draped over pine branches! So, I went with it, but this batch will likely not make it all the way to the holidays. I'm thinking as a take-away for our annual Halloween party. Bloody Ghoulish Gin or something like that."
