Today's featured recipe comes from Group A blogger, Karen of Karen's Kitchen Stories, who made Shrimp and Veggie Summer Rolls from her assigned blog, My Hobbie Lobbie.
Karen had this to say about her recipe:
"These are so incredibly easy to make. Just don't tell your guests,
because they are also elegant and delicious. All you need are freshly
cooked shrimp, fresh vegetables, rice paper wrappers, and a good dipping
sauce."

Sweet & Sour Soup: The Tasty Cheapskate
Today's featured recipe comes from Group B. Jeanie of The Tasty Cheapskate made Sweet & Sour Soup from her assigned blog, Morsels of Life. I must be craving some Asian cuisine - and I think SRC members are right along with me on that because we have had a ton of super delicious looking Asian recipes and I can't just NOT share them with y'all :)
Jeanie had this to say about her recipe:
"And it was delicious. If you're afraid of Asian soups or cooking, don't be. This was kind of a nice little fusion soup--a little Asian, a little American. CJ. who writes Morsels of Life (and has a new baby--yay!), says that if you like a little more of something or less of something, then add it accordingly."
