The Ultimate Banana Bread: Chef in Disguise

The other featured recipe for today comes from Group A blogger, Sawsan of Chef in Disguise, who made The Ultimate Banana Bread from her assigned blog, A Taste of Madness. To me, there are never enough banana bread recipes to hoard. I have made plenty of great ones. Keepers, if you will. But that does NOT stop me from hoarding more to make!

Sawsan had this to say about her recipe:

"Cathleen describes the recipe as her family’s tried and true banana bread recipe. If I have learnt anything in the food blogging world, it would be that a recipe that has been in a family for years is one that you definitely don’t want to miss and  this recipe did not disappoint!"

Most Popular: Chicken Korma with Apricots and Almonds: Bewitching Kitchen

After a great reveal day for Group A, it's time to reveal the "Most Popular" recipe. This recipe was chosen by YOU the readers. YOU loved it and now I'm sharing it! Our most viewed recipe was Chicken Korma with Apricots and Almonds from Sally of Bewitching Kitchen.

Sally had this to say about the recipe...

Most Popular Recipe of the Week | Chicken Korma with Apricots and Almonds from Bewitching Kitchen #SecretRecipeClub #recipe #Indian #chicken #korma

"Three chicken breasts were enough for our dinner and lunch a couple of days later. I should add that the sauce was even more flavorful the second time around, although the texture of the meat was better right after cooking.  Overall, this korma is not spicy, just very aromatic.  We enjoyed it over white rice with snap peas alongside. Delicious dinner!"

Stay tuned for Group B's reveal day coming next Monday, April 11th!

Susan had this to say about her recipe:

"These muffins were absolutely delicious. The cardamom added a complexity of flavour that I wasn't expecting yet it wasn't overpowering, probably because it was paired with cinnamon and nutmeg (and the clove that I added because I love it)."
