Today's featured recipe comes from Group C blogger, Lynsey of Lynsey Lous, who made Savory Granola from her assigned blog, Simple and Savory.
Lynsey had this to say about her recipe:
"This granola is easy to make and perfect for snacking on while in
between chores, on the run or while watching your favorite show. The
next time you get ready to make a batch of granola give this one a try,
you'll be addicted!"

Chinese Chicken Salad: Mom's Test Kitchen
Today's featured recipe comes from Group D. Jaime of Mom's Test Kitchen made Chinese Chicken Salad from her assigned blog, Confessions of a Cooking Diva. I love chicken salad and I love when chicken salads are more than just a plain old regular recipe for it. I cannot wait to try this Asian twist on it!
Jaime had this to say about her recipe:
"When I found Julie’s Chinese Chicken Salad recipe, I knew I had found my SRC pick for this month. First, we love anything with Asian flavors. Second, thanks to the wonderful thing that is rotisserie chicken, there was no actual cooking involved. Third, I knew it would make enough that it would feed me for lunch pretty much my whole week at work. There was no downside to this recipe!"

Mark Bittman's Veggie Fried Noodles: The Texan New Yorker
Today's featured recipe comes from Group C. Julie of The Texan New Yorker made Mark Bittman's Veggie Fried Noodles from her assigned blog, Tea & Scones. I have to admit here...I picked a lot of Asian cuisine for this week's features. Group C really brought it with some delicious looking oriental cuisine :)
Julie had this to say about her recipe:
"I have been striving to eat much healthier the past few months, so when I also ran across this Mark Bittman recipe, which is incredibly healthy yet uber-delicious, well, I was sold."
