Today's featured recipe comes from Group B. Loy of From Grandma Loy's Kitchen made Cornflake Marshmallow Cookies from her assigned blog, Sarah's Kitchen. I have made chocolate chip cornflake cookies (for any Joanne Fluke fans - from her Hannah Swensen series books!) and they are fascinatingly delicious. I like that this has a recipe to make a "crunch" from the cornflakes (almost like a streusel) that is added to the cookies. Plus marshmallows are always a good addition :)
Loy had this to say about her recipe:
"These are very BIG crispy, crunchy somewhat delicate cookies. I suggest
that they be served with a napkin to catch the crumbs. They will
certainly satisfy any cookie cravings you might be having."

Stay tuned for another great Group B recipe tomorrow!
