Today's featured recipe comes from Group B. Michaela of An Affair From the Heart made
"Fried" Ice Cream Pie from her assigned blog, Renee's Kitchen Adventures. How gorgeous is this pie?! Michaela's family really loved this and it can be lightened up further with lowfat ice cream or even frozen yogurt. Regardless, it sounds like it tastes as incredible as it looks!
Michaela had this to say about her recipe:
"My family hasn’t loved a dessert this much in a VERY long time. More
than one of them said “I want this for my birthday next year.”
