Spice Cocoa Meringues: Turnips 2 Tangerines

Today's featured recipe comes from Group D. Lynn of Turnips 2 Tangerines made Spice Cocoa Meringues from her assigned blog, Fearless Homemaker. Meringues are the coolest cookie there is. I used to be terrified to make them, but tried them and was surprised at how easy they are to make. They are really perfect for the holiday season too!
