Italian Wedding Soup: A Spoonful of Thyme

Today's featured recipe comes from Group B. Kate of A Spoonful of Thyme made Italian Wedding Soup from her assigned blog, Flavors by Four. Clearly soups were fairly popular as far as clicks are concerned because #2 and #3 most viewed were both soups!

Kate had this to say about her recipe:

"I had made Italian Wedding Soup quite a few years ago but made beef meatballs so I was eager to try this more healthy approach using ground chicken and chicken sausage for the meatballs.  This certainly didn't disappoint!"
