DIY Velveeta Cheese: The Texan New Yorker

Today's featured recipe comes from Group C. Julie of The Texan New Yorker made DIY Velveeta Cheese from her assigned blog, The Painted Apron. Now this is definitely something I want to jump on the bandwagon and make! I am not a huge fan of Velveeta and would love to make a healthier alternative that doesn't taste like plastic. Looks like Julie found the perfect recipe from her assigned blog!

Julie had this to say about her recipe:

"You get all the meltiness of that processed cheese product we all secretly love without any nasty chemicals, and there’s a ton of real cheese in there! The texture is exactly like the store-bought version, but made from scratch! Win-win!"

Get the recipe for DIY Velveeta Cheese here.

Stay tuned for another great Group C recipe tomorrow!
