Smoked Salmon Egg in a Basket: Oh! You Cook!

Today's featured recipe comes from Group D. Dena of Oh! You Cook! made Smoked Salmon Egg in a Basket from her assigned blog, Lavender and Lovage. As a child, my mom would fix egg in a basket all the time - I love this take on it using salmon and challah - yum!
