Today's featured recipe comes from Group C. Chelsy of Mangia made
Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake from her assigned blog, The Painted Apron. Sometimes it can be a little nerve-wracking to make treats for people with special diets. I am always impressed with what our SRC members share that make gluten free or refined sugar free or vegan, etc. look not so scary - and definitely delicious!
Chelsy had this to say about her recipe:
