Today's featured recipe comes from Group C. Kate of The Colbert Clan made
Pesto Stuffed Chicken from her assigned blog, Morsels of Life. This is Kate's first posting with the club - she was actually stepping in to cover an assignment for someone else - since she was ready to go and wasn't going to post for the first time until next month. Isn't she awesome!? And she picked a great recipe to start off with!
