Pumpkin Pie Muffins: Secrets from the Cookie Princess

Today's featured recipe comes from Group B. Colleen of Secrets from the Cookie Princess made Pumpkin Pie Muffins from her assigned blog, C Mom Cook. I love what Colleen did with these muffins. They have a graham cracker struesel! How amazing is that?!

Colleen had this to say about her recipe:

"And based on Shelley's suggestion, I opted for a streusel topping, which was amazing. I even used crushed graham crackers in lieu of flour to really enhance the streusel to mimic a pie crust."
