Snow Topped Brownies: Casa Costello

Today's featured recipe comes from Group C blogger, Helen of Casa Costello, who made Snow Topped Brownies from her assigned blog, The Avid Appetite. Perfect for the colder weather that is upon us, these little brownies have marshmallows on top that look like snow!
