Today's featured recipe comes from Group B blogger, Dena of Oh! You Cook!, who made Asian Marinated Chicken with Corn and Basil Faux-Fried Rice from her assigned blog, Cookaholic Wife.
Dena had this to say about her recipe:
"Nicole tweaked a recipe found in a Cooking Light magazine by swapping chicken thighs for breasts. I tweaked her version
by swapping a few ingredients due to availability of what was in my
fridge and pantry, and adjusting the cooking procedure due to my not
owning an oven-proof skillet. No flavor was sacrificed, and less time
over a hot cooktop. Win-win!"

Crockpot Pulled Pork with Carolina BBQ Sauce: Amy's Cooking Adventures
Today's featured recipe comes from Group A blogger, Amy of Amy's Cooking Adventures, who made Crockpot Pulled Pork with Carolina BBQ Sauce from her assigned blog, Table for Seven.
Amy had this to say about her recipe:
"I was a little nervous about the mustard based BBQ sauce (Hubs is not a mustard fan) so I halved the amount. However, Hubs was pleasantly surprised and quite enjoyed the sauce! Half the amount was still perfect for our family, but if you like saucier sandwiches, double the amounts below or check out the original recipe at Table for Seven."

Slow Cooker Honey Parmesan Pork: Well Dined
Today's featured recipe comes from Group B blogger, Sarah of Well Dined, who made Slow Cooker Honey Parmesan Pork from her assigned blog, Jessie Weaver. I had a very similar recipe on my meal plan the week I had Mason. Nick made it and I only got leftovers, but it was still a SUPERB recipe!!
Sarah had this to say about her recipe:
"Super easy, mostly hands off, simple ingredients. You can serve it with rice, like I did, or make sandwiches - it's pretty versatile. I loved it, and my husband loved it - that's a winner!"
