Porcupine Meatballs: Oh! You Cook!

Today's featured recipe comes from Group B blogger, Dena of Oh! You Cook!, who made Porcupine Meatballs from her assigned blog, An Affair From the Heart. I love meatballs, but I love them even more when they have a cute story behind the name. :)

"Their cute name comes from the way the rice, used in place of breadcrumbs, manages to peek out a bit, kinda-sorta like porcupine quills."
