Pot 'O Gold Cookies: Sew You Think You Can Cook

Today's featured recipe comes from Group C blogger, Lauren of Sew You Think You Can Cook, who made Pot 'O Gold Cookies from her assigned blog, Making Memories with your Kids. These are just the cutest little cookies ever. My kids, for one, would love them - they look like they are just as much fun to make as eat!

Lauren had this to say about her recipe:

"These shortbread cookies were a huge hit! My mother-in-law helped make them and showed Firecracker how to roll the dough into balls. He wasn’t particularly interested and instead preferred to “Hulk smash” the balls."
